Setting Up Your Statistics Package (Windows Hosting Account)

The following steps assume that you have accessed your Control Panel.

Step one:From Activate your Stats package, click Select a Stats Package.

Note:You may be prompted to log in.

Step two:From Edit Account Information, under Preferred Stats, click to select Urchin Enterprise 3.3.

Note:If you want raw log files only, click to choose NT Statistics Menu.

Step three:Click Update Account.

Viewing Your Statistics (Windows Hosting Account)


You must choose a Stats Package 24 hours before viewing an Urchin report.

To view your stats, perform the following steps:

Note:The following steps assume that you have accessed your Control Panel.

Step one: From My Web Site Statistics section in Control Panel, click the “View Stats” link..

Step two:From the NT Statistics Menu, under Text Format Log Files, choose the appropriate Log File.

Note:To view the Urchin report, click here.
