Note: The following steps were created using FrontPage 2000. Depending on the version you are using, the steps may be different.

Step one: Open your Web live with FrontPage.

Step two: From the Folder List, right-click the file or folder on which you want to change the permissions (e.g., images). From the drop-down menu, click Properties.

Step three: From the images Properties window, General tab, click to choose the permission attributes you want to assign, click OK.

Warning: The data folder is the only directory with write permissions. By default, for security reasons, Allow files to be browsed is not enabled on data. To enable Allow files to be browsed, click to choose the permission attribute.
