What to do if you are having troubles accessing the site builder
There are several possible reasons why your DIY Web Builder won't start.

Option 1) A popup stopper is running on your machine
Option 2) Your internet security software is stopping a new window being spawned
Option 3) JavaScript is not enabled on your computer

Completing the following steps should enable the DIY builder to open successfully. Please feel free to contact us if you continue to experience difficulties.

For Option 1: Pop-up Windows blocked
1) Disable any pop-up window stopper software on your machine (such as Google toolbar etc) or, if the option is available, hold down the bypass key (normally Alt or Ctrl) when you click on the link that opens the DIY builder and keep it held down until the DIY builder has completely started.

2) If you are running Windows XP SP2 there is a popup stopper built into the Internet Explorer.   This can be disabled by clicking on Tools - Pop-up Blocker - Turn Off Pop-up Blocker in Internet Explorer.

For Option 2: Internet Security Settings
1) We have found that Norton Internet Security Suite can stop the DIY builder from opening and by choosing the option "Disable Internet Security" and accepting the system default of 5 minutes the DIY Builder will start smoothly.

For Option 3: Disabled java- script
1) If you are using Internet Explorer we recommend that you return all security settings to the installation defaults.   You can reset these by going to the Tools - Internet Options menu and completing the following instructions:

a) On the security tab select "Internet" (if not already selected) and click "Default Level"
b) On the Privacy tab move the slider to "Medium" if not already selected
c) On the Advanced tab click the "Restore Defaults" button
d) Close all browser windows and restart your browser
